Originally from Boston, Doug Shepardson is an artist and graphic designer who has been drawing and creating for as long as he can remember. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, he worked in Boston and Dallas for several years as a successful advertising layout artist and copywriter. When the waves of the West coast called, Doug made the move to Los Angeles, where he made a career in aerospace management. But Doug never stopped painting and creating. He continues his creative passion today from his home in Texas in traditional oil paints, photography, and especially, the exciting new digital art tools. Through his creations, he invites you into a world that still has a bit of fun and charm. “Nothing too stiff or formal,” he says. “When someone looks at one of my pictures, I hope it leaves them with a smile.”
