Pati Trippel is an award-winning, nationally recognized artist and quilter known for her vibrant Acrylic Dyed Tissue Collages and art quilts. Working as an abstract realist, she layers hand-dyed acrylic tissue onto wood panels to create luminous, fluid compositions with remarkable depth and transparency.
Her landscapes, florals, and nature studies are crisp, fresh, and rich with color, inviting viewers to interpret and connect with each piece in their own way. In 2016, Pati expanded her creative expression into art quilting, blending her love of fine art and sewing into a dynamic mixed-media form. Pati, mother of three sons and grandmother to ten, now creates full-time from her studio in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas where she lives with her husband, Alan, and two energetic dogs, Cedar and Winslow.
