Mike Wimmer is an oil painter, Jime Wimmer is a children's book author/illustrator and colors her work with digital tools, like Photoshop. We reside and work in our home/studio in Savannah, Ga.
Our journey takes us into the great outdoors, where we immerse ourselves in the textures, spaces, colors, light, and fresh air that surround us. It is within this natural beauty that we find inspiration to bring forth the magical realms inhabited by fairies, gnomes, elves, and other mystical beings. We stumble upon tiny gnome homes, perfectly suited for their whimsical existence, and discover mushroom patches where fairies can peacefully slumber and dream.
Together, we invite you to join us on this creative expedition, offering a glimpse into our imaginative minds and artful hearts.
Sincerely,
Mike & Jime Wimmer (WimmersWoods)
